HVAC Upgrade to Cheese Manufacturing

Environmental Engineering (UK) Ltd have been awarded a contract with a major UK Dairy company. The project involves the design and installation of a replacement Air Handling plant to serve Cheese manufacturing areas. The new plant has been designed to replace an existing plant with compliance issues for manufacturing, in accordance with guidelines set out by major retailers. The new single air handling unit will handle approximately 30m3/s providing conditioned filtered air to the manufacturing areas. The project also involves the installation of ductwork alterations, pipework services and a dedicated controls system for the new plant.

CIP System to Pharmaceutical Process

Environmental Engineering (UK) Ltd have been awarded a contract with a Pharmaceutical Supplier, to install a Clean in Place (CIP) system to serve their manufacturing process equipment. The project comprises of the design and installation of a low temperature hot water to process hot water combined heat exchanger/cylinder, to provide hot CIP water for vessel cleaning. In addition we will install booster pumps, cold water, hot water, high pressure CIP water, chemical and drainage pipework services.

CO2 Ventilation

Environmental Engineering are pleased to be working in partnership with an international Brewer in the reduction of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) contamination created during the production of Beer.

Risk assessments have been carried out at several plants across the UK and systems implemented to reduce the risk of exposure to personnel in accordance with the COSHH Regulations and Environmental Health Guidance Document EH40.

New Chemical Plant

Environmental Engineering have been awarded a contract with an International chemical manufacturer at their Manchester plant.

The project is to upgrade and bring up to date a number of Thermal Oil Systems in accordance with the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR).
