building shell to facilitate a relocated production facility.
Environmental Engineering undertook the role of main contractor including the complete building package comprising of new hygienic floors, walls and ceilings using specialist contractors and provided the mechanical, HVAC and electrical services to meet the GMP room requirements.
Total package value £4.5M.
|solution||The scope of work was the complete strip out and removal of all redundant building materials and services within an existing manufacturing environment and to maintain GMP status at all times. We implemented a tight refurbishment program by forming a dedicated 'in house' design, project management and implementation team who recognised the importance of working in parallel with the client to ensure that the systems would be handed over safely, on time and within our target costs.|
